Instructional Plan
The Curriculum Web is designed to allow students to access the instructional materials via a web browser. They can work at their own pace and at a time that is convenient while they complete the steps in the investigation.
The students have access to teacher-provided resources to help them stay on target for their tasks. One such resource is the the KWLS chart. Another is the assessment rubric.
The instructional plan will be evaluated by the students at the end of the unit so that modifications can be implemented as needed. Teachers evaluate the instructional plan in a continuous and ongoing manner. The curriculum web is an instructional tool that can be modified and updated as often as needed to improve student learning.
